Call for Participants: Developing Strategies for Resilient and Liveable Urban District Development

2nd Connective Cities Event to be held in Amman, Jordan. Closing date for applications: 19/03/2018

In the framework of the initiative “<link https: www.initiative-nahost.de en home.html _blank know-how for host communities in the middle>Municipal Know-How for Host Communities in the Middle East", Connective Cities organises a Project-Workshop on the topic “Developing strategies for resilient and liveable urban district development” from the 17th to 19th April 2018. Based on the <link record:tx_gg_connective_cities_vd:tx_ggconnectivecities_domain_model_event:63>first Practitioners´ Workshop on the topic of district development in November 2017, the developed project ideas will be picked up and refined, as well as new municipalities and challenges in the learning process integrated.

The thematic focus of the event will be on the three topics:

1.    Integrated urban district development

2.    Public and green space

3.    Energy- and water smart urban districts
