Innovative ideas for global urban mobility

The Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative has launched a video that highlights the winning projects of the Global Mobility Challenge.

The TUMI Global Urban Mobility Challenge supports local solutions to address today's urban problems as congestion, air pollution and the growing demand for transport in cities all over the world. The ten winners of the challenge have been announced in May 2019. They come from:

Fortaleza, Brazil
Windhoek, Namibia
Nagpur, India
Cairo, Egypt
Guadalajara, Mexico
Trujillo, Peru
Zhytomyr, Ukraine
Kochi, India
Banjarmasin, Indonesia

A new video highlights the winning projects that focus on all aspects of sustainable mobility ranging from logistics management, to digital solutions, smart mobility, non-motorized transport and e-mobility.
