With the spread of the coronavirus, it is becoming increasingly clear that good crisis management is crucial. How do I meet the challenges posed by exceptional incidents? How do I organise a crisis team and how does good crisis management actually work?

These questions will be addressed in the new self-learning online course "Crisis Management" organized by Connective Cities on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) together with the Academy for Public Health Düsseldorf.

Participants gain an understanding of the most important basics, methods and principles for preparing for smaller and larger crises. The focus is on crisis management for health care institutions and public administration.
