We will look at how communication changes during high pressure situations within teams and across organizations. The workshop also includes how crises affect us individually based on psychological and neuro-scientific research. Core questions include:

  • How do individuals and teams react in crises situations?
  • What is trauma-informed and resilient communication and decision making?
  • Which instruments and measures facilitate interaction and cooperation in times of the pandemic?
